How do people lose flexibility?
A loss in flexibility can happen in a number of ways. Sometimes it can be a result of a sedentary lifestyle and an under use of the body's potential. Sometimes a loss of flexibility is because of the opposite reason. An overuse of muscles can lead to tightness and a reduction in movement.
