About Elena

The type of massage do is therapeutic and focused on treating certain health problems - e.g. sciatica, back pain, trapped nerve, migraine, stress/anxiety, running pain/cramps in legs. I always give my clients recommendations, exercises and info to use at home, according to their individual needs.

I would also like to offer my services as a Nutritional Advisor. 60 min consultation. Prior to meeting, the client should complete an online questionnaire about their health and diet. After the consultation, I send a full nutritional report within 3 days.

This contains advice on improving diet, lifestyle/behaviour as relates to food - a personalised plan to achieve the health outcomes discussed in the consultation. Types of health issues I commonly advise on: weight loss, indigestion / gas / bloating, insomnia, stress management, fatigue / energy balance, constipation.
